Everyone has the right to live in a clean, safe environment for a fair price whether you live in one of our Apartment Buildings or in a Lease to Own property – we want good tenants that we can work with to build long term relationships.

Cada's Management Team is made up of several people who have construction backgrounds. We have an architect, an interior designer, a property manager, a civil engineer and a builder under our umbrella. We know buildings. We do not want shoddy or haphazard building done for the clients in each of our respective businesses nor will we accept it for you in any of Cada's properties. All of Cada's properties are reviewed for Building Code requirements and Life Safety issues to ensure that your health and well-being are foremost.

We will not ask you to live in a building that none of us would live in ourselves.

Just as we have definite requirements for the buildings, so do we have definite requirements for our tenant's. Clean, safe buildings will require tenants who respect the property and their neighbour's rights to the same enjoyment. We will vet each prospective tenant to ensure that new tenants meet our criteria and the buildings overall make-up.
